The lien to the reverse mortgage company is on lot 197. There is NO SEPTIC ON LOT 197 and it appears no room to put septic. The home does have electric and city water but will have NO SEPTIC at closing on lot 197. The pictures show the home has not been emptied out and the appliances will sell separately. The pictures will show a couple of bedrooms where the kids rooms need some TLC! This property is being sold AS IS WHERE IS! There MAY BE encroachments onto lot #198 but IT WILL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to survey and remedy those encroachments. It is a sad thing when a reverse mortgage enters the picture with elderly families. At least with this mortgage company it has been sad for the surviving family.
